Where are you located?
We are located in Westport WA, and we serve the surrounding area.
What services do you offer?
Dog walks, check-ins, nail trims, pet taxi, day stays, and overnight house sitting.
How do I book services?
Use our contact form, send us an email at capipetcare@gmail.com, or call/text 360-581-0620. We are often walking dogs during the day, so email or text is preferred!
Will you come to my home to cut my pet’s nails?
Yes! We make house calls for nail trims, and it is included in the price of service.
Do you offer training?
We do not offer formal training, but offer our skills and experience when walking and interacting with your pets! Weekly walks are a great way to provide structure in your dog’s life and we offer skills to help with pulling and manners while on our walks.
Do you require my animal to be vaccinated?
We require vaccine records to board or stay overnight with your pets. Recommended vaccines from your vet are always preferred when interacting with us or taking your pet on walks in public spaces.
How can I pay for services?
We accept cash, check, or use Square for card payments.
Do you require a deposit for services?
We require a 20% deposit when booking an overnight stay with us. This deposit is applied to your total cost of service when it is time for us to take care of your pets! Your deposit is transferable up to 14 days before service, but then is forfeited if cancellation occurs after 14 days.
Are you insured?
Yes! We have liability insurance though Pet Care Insurance.
Policies
When my animal is under the care of Capi Pet Care, I understand and agree that:
Capi Pet Care has relied upon my representation that my animal(s) is/are in good health and have not harmed or shown aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other animal.
Payment is required at the time of service.
A 20% deposit is required for overnight stays at time of booking. Deposit will be applied towards cost of service. Deposit is transferable up to 14 days before service in case of reschedule or cancelation.
Capi Pet Care and all associates are released from any and all liability, claims, suits, actions, loss, injury or damage of any nature or kind, which I, my pet and any third party or their pet may suffer.
Staff is allowed to contact my/a veterinarian as deemed necessary should any injuries require medical attention.
If for any reason Capi Pet Care is unable to further care for my pet, I must have an emergency contact available to pick up and care for the Animal.
I represent that my pet is in good health and is current on all required vaccinations
Capi Pet Care is not responsible for any lost or stolen items that accompany my animal during services and for any damage caused to client’s property during home stays or any point of service provided.
My pet may be videotaped, photographed, and/or recorded during their care.
